001. The package is open or defective;

If you still receive the product, please contact contato@mariastriker.com.br within 72 hours.


– All exchange and return must be previously communicated through the email contato@mariastriker.com.br
Products will not be accepted without this prior communication.

– According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, communication must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the goods at the delivery address.

– As soon as your communication is received, we will send you a postage authorization valid for 5 (five) calendar days.

– All products should be sent exclusively to the address: Avenida Jacutinga 120, cnj 114 Indianópolis, São Paulo, SP – 04515-030 – Identified for Maria Striker.

– Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-salable condition, within a maximum period of 7 days.

The product will be returned to the customer without the right of substitution or indemnification, when:

– The product is not returned as received, containing labels, tags and original packaging.
– There is a sign of accidental or provoked damage;
– Wear and tear due to use (used, stained or perforated);
– The product is purchased on sale.

If the product does not comply with the conditions described in this Exchange Policy, Maria Striker Online will immediately return the product, without prior notice, and the consumer will be solely responsible for the postal charges.
